Hi po, Pede po mag leave any time Ala penalty as long as 2 wks advance ka mag delete ng sked. Kapag po magleleave kau for morethan 3wks... Doon ka lang po mag iinform ng reason sa admin.. Usually kapag medical reason Wala na sila ff up question sau... Hindi ako nabawasan ng hearts... Yung last day ko lang kc ay nag 3mins interval contraction nako.. d ko na kinaya mag work... Absent ako for 4 classes... Naki usap me sa admin to consider.. so 1heart lang nabawas ... Pero buo parin sweldo...

Sinabi ko po EDD ko ay July 10 base sa 1st ultra sound ko... Kaso june 25 palang nanganak nako.. so maganda nga mag ML a month ahead ng EDD lalo na pag d panganay... Tas a day b4 u go bk to work, inform mo sila na ready kna.. nag review k narin ng lessons at mga admin announcements... Tas on the day din inform mo sila uli to activate ur slots back.. para mapuno uli... Dadami trial mu uli by then... May iba students kc lumilipat ng teacher.

My i net is pldt fvr. Try this Clear history 1st Click run a test And Click speed test Then enter the class 15 mins b4 it starts. Get a new tab for the next classes.. enter the classes b4 hand. Dont worry the student wont hear you. Cover your camera while doing notes, either using manycam or just a paper. Manycam is better, just create a still pic of yourself. Kindly just google how.... This way The lessons are loaded even if you refresh several times. It works for me.. Also always chk what programs are eating alot of ram... Delete or transfer files or apps so only NK site will work on your pc or laptop... You need 25mbps up and 12gb ram and up if you need a smooth class... NK is worth the investment, classes are easy and pay is awesome.
Ookla ko 100+ for both UL and DL. Sa NK yellow most of the time Pero kahit may red magwowork yan dapat malakas specs ng PC mu.. tas konting programs lang nagrurun. Google u how to check list ng programs na nagrurun para ma clean mu. Plus yung nauna kong msg.

Para ma control mu yung pag paPlot ng time to work mu.... Tas pede din mag pa change ng mandatory sked 2 wks advance... Usually pag health issues approve agad yan.

Hi po currently po mahigpit na po si NOVAKID. Kahit po mga licensed teacher d na po tinatanggap kapag Walang atleast TESOL cert at Walang ONLINE experience in teaching.. dapat more than ONE YEAR "online" teaching.. Hahanapan din po ng video proof from previous company na may online teaching experience ka nga....
Mas maigi po invest ka po muna ng ONE YR and a half sa ibang ESL company na d required experience... Pero yung TESOL cert po HALOS lahat na po ng ESL company required na po yun... Kya kuha ka po muna nun..
TESOL Certificate po Madali lang po yung exam nun.. Meron po sa METRODEAL na voucher ng online course.. Pag naipasa mu po may VALID TESOL kna... Make sure po to SAVE yung certificate number as a proof. At soft copy po nung certificate. PINAKA IMPT po ay experience online.. Para mahasa po technical skills mo, troubleshooting skills, multi tasking skills, patience, PRESENTATION skills, approach sa different types of ugali ng kids and stage mom/dad OR ADULT student etc... Malakingbdifference na po kc kapag hindi face to face ang pagtuturo... KAILANGAN po talaga pagsanayan...pagtyagaan ibat ibang problem na pede mo ma encounter... @@diannems yes🙂 same day.. bsta ala nka book n student..ganda nuh.. flexible .. work whenever... Yes pede delete slot bsta wala student... Kahit pemanent sked pa.. yes no need for admin to delete it.. you may delete them by yourself.

@@diannems sameday or future days basta wala pa student booked matatanggal mo sha ng walang penalties... Kapag may nakabook naman at need mo talaga idelete bec emergency... Madedelete mu parin by yourself ... Mababawasan lng 💖s sa account health mu...pero wala kaltas sa sweldo... Unless mamaximize mu yung 10💖s... Kapag nagdelete ka ng bookclass usually punta sila sa sub teacher or kung sino mang teacher available sa oras na yun...
