45kw 3mnutes 45x3=135 kw consumption and 60minutes 10kw output 10x60=600 output so 600kw-135kw=465kw/hr as per his theory.....but practically it's not possible...because we all know 45kw motor consume proper45kw but 10kw alternator cant produce proper10kw, also rpm is fluctuating its reduce slowly second by second up to 3minutes......
Sir My suggestion is , please select 4 to 5 tiny units in your area and supply them electricity from your technology and go to next step / level , let your invention go to farmers and poor people , don't get feared that this will be copied by others , No beating around the bush for long time , Government will not give you Bharat Ratna or Noble price . Atleast make india grow be selfless like our many freedom fighters who died for the country.

Sir you must produce power in your factory and sale to greed from money you receive you increase number of flywheel and sale more power so on and so forth. Thereafter you can increase the flywheel size etc.. for scaling up. Once scaled up it will be a live prototype for marketing.
