The two books are beautiful... I read 'Wind In The Willows' to my daughter when she was little. She always loved the woodland/river animals and still knows all their names. If she found a soft toy that didn't have a name, she'd adopt the lucky toy and give it a name... Like you Jung Gi, I think some of the greatest illustrators work on children's books... Children can be harsh critics. If an image or text doesn't engage their imaginations, they'll just sigh and say, "This book is boring." Then the writer/artist knows they have a dud on their hands.
Wow, the shoes he drew on are freakin expensive. I looked them up and they're like $800. I thought they were crocks, until I saw the inside label. Also, that handbag came out really really well. Once I get married, I want to gift my wife something like that.
