Slow rolling with a slight pause did the trick with the Mimic Minnow. Also tried out the Abu Garcia Revo Ike with a Duckett Green Ghost rod and Venom Lures Premium Slik Braid to nab some November Saugeye!
Where can a guy put in at Buckeye? I'm from Chillicothe and never been there before. Tired of fishing deer creek spillway.Too crowded there.Thanks for the tips.
The best option is "North Shore" off of 79 in buckeye lake. They start letting the lake down to wonder pool on November 15th so you only have a handful of days left until some of the shallow areas become hard to get to. There are plenty of locations that are good when the water comes down too though. PM me me on Facebook if you want some more tips.
