@firewalkerbarb Look up, bright line eating. There’s also a free Facebook group for inspiration. But reading her book, really solidifies it for me, because of all the science behind it, and her personal experience. I am already feeling more energetic, although the cravings are a little difficult to overcome right now. But others assure me that that goes away soon. So I am white knuckling it for this week to break the Sugar/flour addiction.
