Get the live trap and some chicken scraps out. Not sure why there are so many dislikes. Did people want to see the geese lose? I've had some chickens killed (by fox I believe) and was thinking about getting some geese and this is exactly what I wanted to see. These look like Chinese geese. Trying to make up my mind on the breed. I put everybody in at night. Not sure why these two are outside in the dark. Bad idea in my mind. But I do appreciate seeing how they reacted.
@@ivancho5854 yes, I went with guineas lol They're noisy but they even irritate our big hawk enough that he stopped killing hens. Last summer right after my main comment I got 5 (tried to get more) and they basically stopped everything from coming around including the neighbors lol They run up to strangers like they're going to attack but they always stay a couple feet away. I'm buying several more for tick season since it turns out I have 5 females and no males. I am still thinking about getting a few geese this summer but I may settle for a few ducks after I get a closer small pond build for them. I'm surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods so "tick eaters" are high on my list.
@@joshblick Great stuff. I had heard that they're good at eating the little blood suckers. Awfully noisy little creatures though. On another tangent, apparently chickens like scorpions if you need them eaten: they get stung, get sick and are then immune!!! 😲 Ok, good luck with the fowl Josh. All the best. 👍
Could have been edited so I didn’t have to wait so long. I wouldn’t normally watch geese for more than 30 seconds unless they were doing something interesting. Gotta say, I was a bit bored.
team geese, the fox had no manners, who dares to shame such elegant creatures, mystical beasts. Their tender breasts, their soft feathers, their slender necks, and fierce attitude. On the other hand, we have the shameful fox who dares to bring chaos to the farm, a sanctuary for animals. I feel dirty just watching this, may jesus be with you, also i left a down vote. fuck saturday
