Novorossiysk was targetted by a combination of marine drones and UAVs. A video shows a fire burning near the show, but it is unclear if it is a strike on a target or a marine drone intercepted.

CIWS be that way. They're not really designed to be used in dock, nor in close proximity with allied forces. Back in Gulf 1, the CIWS on the USS Jarrett tracked onto the Chaff fired the USS Missouri (yes, that one!) to confuse expected Iraqi incoming missiles. It ended up brassing up the Missouri with four rounds striking her from a distance of between 2-3 nautical miles before her crew could deactivate their CIWS and apologise to a rather ticked off battleship.

Ukraines intelligence agencies can just take a fishing ship and stay in international waters, drop off the drones that they have been packing the ship with, both air and sea drones and sail away, satellite communications systems should be able to control the drones from their on, without involving other countries and risking diplomatic issues. I visited Novorossiysk about 1982 as 2nd officer on a ship. We were loading bulk cement for Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. Our visit lasted several days, and we we able to get shore passes. The city centre at the time had obviously been once a lovely city, but was very run down with pot-holed roads and cracked pavements, shabby buildings, near empty shops. Just a few blocks outside the city centre the urban streets were basically dirt roads. But we did have a wonderful evening with some of the local ladies.

Those are illumination flares being fired into the air - they streak up until they reach a set hight then burst into light and remain lit as they drift down on parachutes, there didnt appear to be any interceptions by SAMs in this clip that I could see. What were they attempting to light up? Marine drones I suspect. The heavy calibre red tracer fire was directed out over the water.

The bright lights are light grenades, most likely fired from mortars on land. They release a bright magnesium flare on a parachute to illuminate the area so they can see the marine drones the machine gunners are firing at. Definetely not SAM and Russia doesn't have Carl Gustav (obviously) which would be the other obvious candidate, so I'm pretty convinced it's mortars. You can even hear them firing.

Using Google maps and the distance tool and finding the filmers location, I suspect the burning is located at the harbour side of the northern pier of the military harbour. Could be one of the defensive booms or something moured up against the pier.
