I like the fact that we are able to just see a bunch of different workers of the novsritch company in different departments and hear and see their different reactions to going to play. Really humanizes the company.

I'm so glad to see how much this company has grown. 55 people wow. I remember there was a time when he made a video said he's quitting his job to do Airsoft full time and asking us to buy shirts to support the business. I'm proud of what this chanel has become and I'm happy I was there to witness it all.

I like how all the employees played and enjoyed it. It opens people perspective about Airaoft and what goes into playing. If the employees can play with all the products of the company it will bring more of a appreciation for the product and how it works and feel with the gear and the Airsoft gums.

Id like to see TREX ARMS go thru testing with the plate carrier.

Have used a few times already with my now 2 month old and I haven't noticed any rubbing or rashes from the fabric on his skin and he tokerates it pretty well. Have only had him in it facing me since he isn't big enough to face out just yet. Baby seems to like it well enough and it helps so much around the house or to lull him to sleep if he is being fussy.

Also, it’s kinda cool that all the employees get to use them on the field, like some of them probably just do renders/ CAD work, and they get to see their creation working. I bet they never really otherwise see it in action besides maybe promotional videos made by novritsch himself

I think the rifle that josef couldn't show us is an bullpub rifle that takes m4 mags and can have either a long barrel for long range or a short one for short one and you can change it

At 5:00 Daniel (the running real steel plates guy) has the extended pistol magazine pouch with a extended pistol magazine. The base of it looks like a ssx23 magazine but it is extended. Could this be for the new gun? Reply to this comment if noticed anything else.

I just recently had a game where I used my new compact rig instead of a huge plate carrier I used to run and man, what a difference. There's no way I'm going back to anything that covers my whole chest and back. I don't need plates for airsoft and upper molle space is almost useless to me

Imagine going to an airsoft match and the referees say you can only run stock (no upgrades) and you get upset but then they say all the guns are novritsch and you get all excited because odds are they’ll shoot better than your guns

For military gear, go for Crye, Haley, 5.11, and USGI. For airsoft gear, go for Novritsch.
