This foot was very wet under the old wall that was removed (25-30% moisture) and Hank Chisholm spent more time than you will see in this clip drying the foot with a heat gun to get below the 10% moisture mark. He uses a FootPro Moisture Meter to check as he goes. Once he is satisfied with the level, he layers the Vettec Hoof Care Adhere on. You'll hear him warn not to do the entire patch all at once. Do a layer, let it set and then apply more layers until you have the area filled. This avoids the heat build-up of a very thick application that might damage sensitive tissue.
