The specially prepared filling makes baking more interesting, and the potato filling is not only baked on time and remains juicy, but also completely different in taste when compared with pies, where everything is laid raw. sugar - 7 g = 1 tsp riding
salt - 9 g = 1 tsp
dry yeast (or fresh) - 5 g (or 15 g) = 1.5 tsp (or 1 tablespoon)
butter - 50 g = 2.5 tbsp.
flour - 400-450 g = 3 cups * (+/-)
✅ Filling for the pie:
boiled potatoes - 800 g = 6-7 pcs.
onion - 250 g = 3 pcs.
meat (beef) - 700 g = 3 cups *
vegetable oil - 30 ml = 2 tbsp.
soy sauce - 15 ml = 1 tbsp.
salt, pepper - to taste
✅Additionally:
butter - 50 g (and more) = 2.5 tbsp.
water with salt (or broth) - 100 ml \u003d 0.5 cups *
egg yolk - 18 g = 1 pc.
