in a heartbeat... i played titanfall 1 when it dropped on 360 and i played titanfall 2 on xbox one and pc and even now i literally redownloaded it the second i heard they fixed the servers and would drop everything to get my hands on a titanfall 3 that could blend all the good from 1 and 2 and even take some things from apex maybe if people like that tho i never bothered to play apex cause it really wasnt a titanfall game and just wasnt my - eheh.... *SPEED!* yea tho aside from my bad puns, i would love it if it dropped....
Interesting question and I think you are spot on for the DLC.... if they drop DLC's for Titanfall2, I guess it would sell big, because not a lot of players would not only buy them for fun but also to send a message... and just that little test that respawn/ea could make, would surely lead them to decide on a possible Titanfall 3.... but anyway, DLC's or a new game, I would absolutely buy them. Oh and nice vid as usual, can't wait for the next one, good job pilot !
I think they have something planned and its not titanfall 3, but alot of people who haven't had their ear to the ground on this hold out hope, and may be dissapointed when whatever they're planning drops. It might be something small like a loosely related apex event, as that is indeed their cash cow. But like you i would be extremely surprised if its TF3, but looking at all the leaks and internal discussions over the years, they have had no real plans to do titanfall 3 unless they can make it really revolutionary as per their words. Im always open to the possibility but my expectation for a good game, let alone a release, is low. As good as TF and apex are, TF2 is just one game they made , apex is that game with a couple of tone downs and taken in a differemt direction, for TF3 to be worth it they need someyhing truly new, not just TF 2.5 and thats always a risk in game development, but i wish them the best if they can try. And being real, its going to be different people working on a TF3 if one comes to pass, so there's no guarantee it comes out the way we are hoping, which isn't necessarily their fault, but i would just advise to be cautious in what we expect for TF3, as the image in your head may not reflect the reality of the situation at the end of the day.
I hope respawn or whoever's secretly updating the game, adds in first person titan interactions from the first game and the black market as well! All the custom voices and other things you could do would be amazing in this game!
Titanfall 3 if done right just as Titanfall 2 and not smacked in between triple A games could be a long lasting shooter that people would love, we can only hope it’s release becomes true!
Not only is the competition not doing well, but Armored Core 6 came out and has done really well. Them fixing the servers right as AC6 came out can't be a coincidence. It really seemed like it was them testing the waters. I'd love to see a new Titanfall come out.
great video btw!! the original devteam for tf|2 left a while ago, and the current one at apex doesn't seem keen on furthering movement tech in their current game. I fear that even if a sequel is made, it won't have alot of the core aspects of titanfall 2 that made it gain such a cult following to begin with.
not only was it released in the same year as cod and battlefield it was literally within a week of both infinite warfare and battlefield 1 it was also when everyone was tired of jetpack fps (a trend call of duty overused when they copied the first titanfall game 3 yrs in a row) everything about the games release was just so ridiculously unfortunate

this game is so perfect. I play on xbox constantly. They should either add crossplay or make titanfall mobile since they killed apex mobile tbh😅 even if its Titan brawl only i'd play it on mobile
Exactly. They did advertise it, I’ll be it, not well. But the advertising was done smack in the midst of the years biggest FPS titles, COD and BF. Idk, to me it just seems like poor timing. Had this game come early 2017, I feel like it would’ve been a lot more successful
See, and that’s where my optimism falters lol. In a perfect world, yes, now is absolutely a great time for a TF|3 cuz I think it would do super well commercially, BUT.. idk man, EA has been gross for a long time.
@@Zabijaka87 absolutely, but realistically that wouldn’t be the case. I’ve been told a lot of the original dev team for TF|2 has left Respawn as well? I feel like a TF|3 would just use Apex’s movement. I can’t see a company like EA letting them do anything else. That said, if a 3rd game happens, which it very well could, AND it’s actually good? Sign me tf up!!
With the popular wave of Armor core, and extraction shooters, they need to announce TF3. Let it drown out the buzz of the future release of the so called "COD killer" Xdefiant.
Respawn/EA have ruined apex. Be careful what you wish for, they will find a way to ruin this game with their money first mentality. IMO, it’s better if they leave Titanfall 2 alone and let people enjoy a fun game.
Very true. I’m honestly content with them just reviving the servers for this game, cuz it’s pretty perfect. But I won’t lie, a remaster or just a big DLC would go crazy
why? so it's dx12 exclusive? what's wrong with titanfall 2? why does there need to be a 3, what would be any different than 2.. just continue support on 2 like they support apex legends. there's no apex legends 2.. so why titanfall 3. titanfall 3 would just be another bf 2042 or cod mw2.. just continue updating titanfall 2.
Nothing at all wrong with titanfall 2, I’m completely content with them just fixing the servers alone. I only think a 3rd game could be neat to see after all these years. Next-gen titanfall, another campaign.. just don’t touch the movement lmao. I’m just sayin, if they’re gonna do it, now would be a good time to do so. If not, whatever, TF|2 is perfect.
@@whotfisBriX here's the thing, this game, bf 2042 these are fast paced fps. if it requires a nasa computer to run these games to get them remotely playable it defeats the purpose of the fast paced movement making it a slideshow for everybody else trying to play. these games need to be optimized not forcing one api (dx12) because "next gen". they could release a standalone expansion (dlc) to continue the campaign. and continue supporting the pvp like how ow and siege continue to support the pvp. it doesn't need an entire new engine and number to the title
@@fastng Great points, honestly, agreed. I’d love to see TF|2 get continued support. Hopefully that’s what Respawn has been teasing, and not Titanfall skins in Apex like someone else suggested in another comment. It’s clear that they’re planning something, whatever it is, I sure hope it’s good.
@@whotfisBriX apex uses the same engine as titanfall 2, illustrating that we don't really need a new engine. they could rebrand it as tf3 like how ow rebranded to ow2 and making the pvp f2p to get back the player base as a marketing strategy then continue supporting the game. the current pve can stay behind a paywall with a continuation of the campaign released at a later time
Picking up weapons like the Kraber, wingman elite, and the softball really shows how much your skill has increased. Most new players would actively avoid those weapons like the plague because their hard to use. You've come a long way in just a few days!
Problem is Xdefiant is also releasing at some point which is probably going to be a cod competitive. And then at some point the game the finals is also coming out. So releasing it now will still have a lot of competition not just cod.
Very true, however, Xdefiant and a game like titanfall I feel like are for different audiences. Xdefiant would compete with COD a lot more than another Titanfall would, due to Xdefiants simplistic arcade gameplay. Titanfall is movement fps in its purest form, something that has taken off again massively the last couple of years. That said, I do think they should just keep adding things to TF|2, it’s already perfect.

I wouldn’t hold out too much hope, rn I’m thankful they fixed tf2 after completely forgetting it for 5+ years to work on apex. Tf3 is a little too much to ask.
Glad to see new players arriving to the game, even more so to hear what a blast you have been having with it too. While we can only hope and pray for EA to greenlight a TF3 it's fantastic to know that TF2 is still alive and kicking!
It won't happen as long as they can scam the Apex players out of their money. Apex has skins that either cost you hundreds and hundreds of hours or 400 bucks if you decide to buy the 500 lootboxes you need to drop heirloom stuff. Then there are these 160$ skins that I heard about. Even then the current market is that skins should cost 30-40 bucks thanks to Blizzard raising that bar. Do you really want a half baked Titanfall 3 that is 80% Microtransactions? Because the current state of AAA games aren't really something to look forward too. I do want a Titanfall 3 as well but I don't want EA to ruin it, which they will.
i love your optimism i really do, but i cant see atf3 in the works, the timeline doesnt fit anymore, remember apex is after the frontier wars. if any thing respawn has fixed titanfall1 and are doing a hard reboot for a titanfall revival. its just that the titanfall community has been jerked around by ea and respawn for so long that its hard for me to be confident. mark my words this is all about titanfall skins in apex, thats the money earner.

I really believe Titanfall 3 is gonna happen. If you think about it. The game mode had 3 question marks. There is also 3 codes that translates to the Titanfall 1 ,2 and apex legends release dates. There is a quote that reference to the movie 300. All this clues has a 3. I’m thinkings all this clues is for Titanfall 3 if it makes sense
