Great haul! You can always list the one shoe as an “amputee” shoe or a “right” shoe only. We sale singles often! You would be surprised how many times that people are looking for singles when their dogs ate the left one or something strange happened to it! And the Amputee community appreciates it as well! Good luck 😀
I can't believe how the TUMI bag looks after you washed it. You certainly saw through the dirt and mold and made it perfect! I received an item I ordered from you, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the paper wrapping inside. I truly appreciate the environmental concern and care. The "Thank you" seal should be another nice touch. RE: WN, I wonder if you include in the items pricing your time, gas, preparation etc. The prices the items go for (some of them really nice items) are very low--just a thought. Have a nice rest of your week!
Hi Lori we are never out of shorts season because there are clients who live in Florida or people who travel to tropical countries during the winter I tell you this because I'm one of them. I love your videos because with you I have learned a lot about reselling🖐
Lori, I was at your Whatnot show today. I wished that you had this vlog before your show. The way you show your haul was great. I could had probably bought your whole closet after watching this vlog. Thank you for the vlog.
I am screaming at the screen, the bag looks BRAND NEW and you washed it....WOW. Didn't expect that it would come out looking so good. Love it and the boots both pair are also fantastic. You have a great eye, always amazes me what people toss. Save the landfills please! Great to see you!
Lulu and her skirt is just too cute. That Tumi bag 😍😍😍 My personal favorite recent bins pickup was a nwt all saints sweater dress. I live in the bay so shopping around your old neighborhoods ♥️
I was in Maine today too visiting my girl! Was going to take the Motorcycles, but it was 39 degrees when we left this morning so we took the car! Your son will need the warm wear!
The A&F burgundy sweater sold for only $5? It’s so nice! I’m surprised but i guess that’s one downside of whatnot. You picked up some really cute pieces though. Happy Fall 🍁
I really liked the Rieker boots with knitted cuffs. When I worked in Special Ed I was always finding Big Books in wonderful condition at the Bins. They were great to modify.
Your mom would know all about Echo scarfs. I think they were Japanese and they owned the Scarf market in the 1970’s and 1980’s with beautiful silks and high quality polyester. A friend volunteers at an animal thrift store. Once a month she takes all of he rejected shoes, too down at all heels to resell etc. from the the store to a not for profit. They salvage as Much as they can and donate them to Soles for Souls. This is another nonprofit that ships the shoes to places like Dominican Republic, where women are taught to be cobblers and rebuilt shoes cheaply and can sell them for about $1, and are able to help their families. This year my friend has delivered over 1,000 pairs of shoes that would have gone in a landfill. Hope all thrift stores do this. Great work on the bag! You have likely salvaged 100’s of item for landfills. Good work, Lori!
I always wonder why so many of these items end up at the bins. Unless they were priced too high to begin with, I would think they'd be sold long before bin time:) You found some great things! I love the Zara pants, I wish they were a size small because I'd grab them from you! :)
As usual . You have a great eye& great haul. Too bad your partner in crime Kim is not with you. The TUMI was great. I have a smaller one in the voyager series. Love it when I travel where you can slide the back part to your luggage. 👍👍⭐️
You probably could have sold the unicorn sweatshirt on eBay for $15. Curious, why you like whatnot vs eBay? I sell on eBay and Posh and make more on eBay because shipping is cheaper. Still learning though and you’ve got more experience 😀
Hi Susan. Whatnot is just really fast! I bought these items on Monday and sold several pieces on Wednesday. Sometimes I trade a higher profit for a fast flip. Great question! Thanks for watching. xo
I spied (5:00) a pair of LaSportiva rock climbing shoes that looked to be in excellent condition, don't pass on those next time! Comps are great $75++, especially with bins pricing.
I love your videos. I live in Connecticut. We have a bins in New Haven which is where I go. Looks like you are probably a couple hours away. Have you been to that one?
I appreciate that items that are dirty, you wash it! I had the misfortune of buying a dress that stank! I contacted the seller to tell her so that she wouldn't do that again. She got defensive! I could have just left an unflattering review, but I didn't.
Love watching you source-I am originally from the Boston area-currently in Texas. Our bins don't have nearly the great name brands that you find-but I found a Tumi suitcase that was hiding in plain sight. Very cool-oh and found Teiks recently too
Great fine huh! The ToMe bag. I found a Louis Vuitton! From the 80's. The inside lining was RIP out but no holes. Has the lock and the little tiny buttons like on where they nail things together read Louis Vuitton and the corners have little wear. Wondering if its sale able. But good luck I am sure yours will sale . Greats haul! Thk u
