I’ve only bounced off of the Greek Island Skiathos in the past. Flying it to hop a ferry to my desired destination Skopelos. This time though, I have my International Drivers License and I’m ready to see something besides the port.

That thunderstorm has shown you another perspective of the island. The different colors, the cloudy sky, the smell of the wet soil... these are some new experiences to remember. I had one of my best days in a cloudy Kastani beach. Enjoy your stay at Skiathos, also a Mamma Mia filming location! P.S. I can't understand why people aren't nice to you. You are always polite and respectful. I guess these virtues are considered weaknesses at these times...

Yeah, I usually take pretty good bullets however genuine kindness still shocks the 💩out of me. The storms were pretty violent and passed FAST

Goldie Hawn and daughter have stayed at the skiathos palace she goes there to skiathos every year and mixes with the public .

Have you been too saint helens beach.or agios Eleni for the best sunset you have ever seen but mandraki is my favourite beach just so beautifully wild. its a a few stops before koukanaries. Skiathos is blessed with many beautiful sandy beaches

Rains a lot in the northern greek.islands at this time of year.september skiathos = rain Crete however still.hot and dry till end of october as much further south.
