I dont care how many videos the Larsons put still enjoy watching, I don't see arguments I don't see bad things I get to see humor and fun just a joy to see
Enjoy yer videos. The two of you make a great team. Sorry I'm so late to the dance. Sometime ask Dougo what the stus of the deck off the upstairs at the shop is. Just what he needs, someone adding to his list of to do's. Be safe.
When I was very young my grandmother had a coffee table like that but one long piece of glass. I crawled on top and the glass broke, I fell through landing on the glass and scared the crap out of all the adults. Mother picked me up fearing I was all cut up by the glass but I didn't even have a scratch. Grandma had safety glass put in and when she died I got the table. The incident happened about 65 years ago.
Sure miss watching Nikki on her channel working on refurbishing furniture. Sure she would have loved to work on the living space at the shop. One thing you could see she loved working on anything with wood and finishes.
The coffee table seems fine in that space, a useful piece. Nicely made Dougo. Nice to see Nikki's furniture. She had a great eye for re-doing furniture! Miss her, as i know you all do. Good luck with finishing the upstairs. It's never-ending. I'm glad Dougo looks to be healing well. Getting older ain't for sissies as my Dad told me. 😉❤

Take the folder and the filter put it in a envelope and tape it on the back of the fridge never gets lost that way plus keeps the fridge far enough from the wall so it works better
I have a rocking chair of my moms that has character the Chihuahua pup she had would chew on the end of the legs made my dad so mad but he was a pup. I love seeing those marks on the legs memories of my mom and pup.❤❤
I can only hope that someday I can have a marriage like you guys enjoy. It's rare these days and quite something. Whoever thought I'd sub to Amy Larson! Lol! In truth, you both give me hope and inspiration. Thank you .
From someone who goes back to IA from CA to work several weeks every fall all you really need to do is add the cabinets with a countertop, a microwave, a sink and some repurposed dishes and that space will be perfect. That's what I have where I stay and it works great. Just my opinion.
Doug, I have dozens of lipomas all over my body, I’ve learned to live with them. I had surgery 25 years ago to remove many, but more have come along. Doctors have told me they are hereditary, I’d like to know who in my family’s history had these so I could thank them.
Nikki restored some beautiful pieces. She was a very creative young woman. I'm so glad to see that you still have afew pieces of hers in your possession. I was a subscriber and avid watcher of her channel. *🙏🏻Prayers and Best Wishes🕊*
I would have a small file cabinet in that space with folders that pertain to anything that is used up there, such as instructions, warranties, etc. That's a great space!!
It looks good Doug. Just take bit easy listen to your doctor prayers for a quick recovery. Lobe the little apt Looks good and I'm sure it will evolve with time
Love watching the Larson's and crew. Retired builder from Michigan would love to come and work on the loft space for a vacation. You should cover the beam using the same metal as the ceiling either white or maybe a contrasting color. You could also do the end walls to match and cut the ridges out to fit tight and seal that up.
Doug and Amy, I'd be more than happy to come and do the finishing work on your apartment but, I already know what would happen. Being 79 years old, I would get mad at myself for working to slow and would wind up firing me.
HAve you thought about a shelf cap with transition to small crown or other molding for top of walls. could be a place to display gadgets, tractors like the office has in the kitchen, etc...
Thanks for another great video Amy and Dougo. It was an enjoyable video. Thanks for explaining what Dougo had done to his arm. Looks like it is healing fine and not hurting you so you are on the mend. Take care of yourself Dougo. Thanks for the update on the upstairs apartments. I think they look just fine. Great place for seasonal help to live in the spring or fall. Very nice apartments for on the farm. Nice work fixing it up. Amy you need to be the manager for the apartment area. Know you will make sure it is finished and clean and ready to go. Your hired!!!!!!! Thanks for everything Amy and Dougo. You both are great people. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
I am due for knee replacement surgery on Mar. 4th in Calgary, Alberta. . . . I will NOT describe my surgery at the Easter or the Thanksgiving table. . . . You did beautiful work on the woodwork for your suite. Thank you for showing us around. Those fat cysts are taken out when your doctor thinks you need it. It was good to have yours taken out Doug. Take care.
"Patina" would be a good name for the hutch paint scheme. Put your extra filter and instructions in a plastic folder and staple or tape it inside the new cabinet closest to the fridge. Are you going to put a deck on the kitchen? Or escape door? Great show!
Fatty tumors are a pain to deal with i have one that reoccurs on my ankle between the inside ball of ankle & bottom of the foot. I have had 4 operations on the area for that & a tarsal tunnels release add an extra muscle that doesnt belong in same area. I am due for surgery #5 on same area & its a 6-8 inch cut around the ankle for above issues & a 3rd attempt at planter fascia release as well. Always fun times. Wish you the best on recovery for that issue. Its sucks when we get old Doug lol.
@@sallydunbar1683 I am no longer married but she was right . The one thing I learned from that marriage was to listen . I learned it to late but guy's ! Follow your wife's intuition! It was just a bookcase . She want's to make your house a home Wish I came home and seen the decor my spouse made . Again, God made woman to complete us ! A gift ! Beautiful in everyway !
"Organize at the shop" takes on a very funny unintentional meaning, for those of us who worked for big farm equipment makers that may have had "organized" labor union collective bargaining for the people on the factory "shop" floor making the machines 😂
When you do find a carpenter that ceiling in there. Were you're showing steel beamswhy don't you put a shelf up there? Oh, that would be nice cause you don't wanna look at that right? And thank you for your video Amy.
