Agree. Once I had an infection on my thumb nail, there was a day that it got me so crazy that I put a needle at the fire and used it to drill the pus. The pain was so intense that I didn’t feel the incandescent needle drilling my thumb. It was the most terrifying pain I felt, but also the most relief I ever felt
I doubt the cow is in any pain during this since the weight is off finally, just discomfort from the thing grabbing its leg. They are in pain when they’re just standing on a hoof with problems because of how much weight they put on the injury. I have cows and they don’t even seem bothered after they fight each other with enough force to kill me if I got in between them😂😂😂😂 their pain tolerance is next level
jeez i thought i was about to watch a cow get its leg snapped off.. but man that must have felt so relieving to the cow! we appreciate what you do man!!
Because it doesn't make sense to clean the hoof before. It only makes the hoof slippery. The other Hoof guys cut the hoof, identify the problem and then clean it with a medicine.
@@jonybravo2930 l know what hoof trimmers do. I also know that they don't give a cow anesthesia or antibiotics, that's the vets job. They do apply iodine spray and/or salicylic acid powder to help with the healing process of lame hooves.
@@Purple_Pisces Exactly! Graeme made an amazing business decision making that glue what I call "Hoof GP Green" .. it's instantly recognizable to any1 who knows! That color has become synonymous w/ Hoof GP... it was BRILLIANT marketing! He's turned that channel into an empire. I just wish I had ½ the business smarts, direction and confidence as he does! Love randomly meeting another loyal member of the GP fam!! (There are so many now) God Bless ya:) 🙏 p.s. sorry 4 the paragraph.. ya got a lot more than ya bargained for!)🤣
Hoof GP said one reason they don’t wash is because it can make the area wet and slippery for their knives and tools. Making it more dangerous for the cow and trimmer.
Нужно вскрыть до до самой раны, обеззаразить перекисью, засыпать стриптоформом или при жечь медным купоросом и наложить повязку... Ну и длину копыт уменьшить 😊😊😊😊
@@Zambobazle Why do you think they take care of infections like this? Because they care. If they didn't care about a broken leg, they'd leave the infection. Duh.
Ive seen enough cow hoof repairs to know, yoi probably should have trimmer into that to find the hole and clean it so it doesnt build back up. Yup, im pretty much a per fessional.
I’m not a hoof trimmer but I saw the white line defect before you ground off to much hoof. The hoof gp explained what to look for with out hurting the cow.
Yeah it doesn't have to be like that. More pasture, inconvenient sure but way better on the animals than standing around in their on shit. Plus we really don't need cow's milk to be healthy.
Hoof GP Glue goo :) Brilliant Marketing on Graeme's behalf! INSTANTLY recognizable to any1 who knows! He's one smart man! & this goes to show ya it must b good cuz He's using it & he's not sponsored so far as I can tell so must be cuz he likes it or why else use it!
I once bruised my fingernail. There was bleeding under the nail and it was very painful. I took a 2 mm metal drill and drilled a hole through the nail by hand. Once I was through the nail, the blood gushed out and it was very relaxing.
The poor cow is in pain. The puss pressure is ticking with every heartbeat causing pain. That’s how you know if you have an infection. When your wound is starting to feel like it’s got a second heart in it
