You have to follow the instructions in the offer letter and email sent by your University. Yes, accept the offer and then fulfil the conditions.

What they needed was my waec result and an under18 consent form which they accepted But i got rejected because I didn't pay my deposit But can I still apply next year So that I'd save enough money for my deposit as an undergraduate
