Hey DunkOrSlam, will you ever be considering doing an overview of how divide-by spells work? They can be crazy strong but the order matters a lot and it's very hard to know what works best for any wand build especially since the wiki explains it in a way where it's made me more confused.
+1, though I haven't seen Dunk use the divide by spells that much, they're probably the most complicated spells in the game so that's a research topic!
The wiki loves using the card game model and I think it's because its the only one that actually makes sense. Trying to explain advanced Noita stuff without it turns into memorizing a bunch of random rules, because the card model is the underlying mechanic for wands.
@@00RV00 Yeah, the "Here's your hand of cards, card(s) being used, cards discarded back to the deck..." is a really great way to conceptualize Noita's wand algebra. It's also a great introduction to nested equations and programming ;) . The divide-by's underlying code can get crazy abstract when they're stacked and with multicast spells / wands.
Something i cant quite grasp is how the worm spell isnt spreading them out and deleting terrain, is that a side effect of casting it with a trigger instead of directly?
yes. And if you take Glass Cannon, you have to use Heart Mage with this if you want HP Increases. it's a bit tricky with GC though, since picking up a normal heart after the exploit removes the health you gained, but picking up a HM heart makes it permanent
given the recent discovery that kolmi never unloads stuff around him, could you start the heart farm next to kolmi, and leave while it farms hearts so you can do other stuff while it farms? id imagine it might cause a lot of lag after a while but as long as you have detonator you should be able to remotely stop it
Hey dunkorslam i wanted to let you know that i found a good way to find early add manas and useful spells, if you go into the dark temple on the left of the snow biome the summon taikasauva wands that spawn as you know have a better chance for good spells i started using this strat and looking for an early light source to make it easier and i almost always get an add mana or something
I try to start my streams around 10 PM CST (I live in Texas) Tuesday through Saturday. I am usually running late though. I am a late night gamerrrrrrrr

What if... heartbreak exploit heart farm (I think it´s called heartbreak exploit when you get down to like 8 health and pick up a heart and it just gives you like... tree(3)³ health

so this wand is pretty crazy but im trying to now find a way to use the liquid vacuum field to remove the tsunami of worm blood that comes with this kind of wand tech im new to noita but thanks to you and fury forged all i play is noita atm the spell lab mod is how im using the spells to make some weird looking wands capable of doing 10 million to 15 million dps but it kills my poor pc as i dont have a good cpu like i i series or ryzen i got a standard amd cpu so finding a way to make the game run better would be to remove the worm blood somehow from this farm as they excrete way to much for the game to run well even on your pc or top end ones it makes me think the devs of noita got there pcs from elon musk to run this at 60+ fps with the late game wand builds thats for sure lol any suggestions are welcome dunk and keep up the content id love to noita together sometime :D oh another thing do the worms actually stop after u end the spell cause with spell lab enabled after casting the end projectile spell the detonator every worm left loose from the shot i kill with freeze tenticle and more seem to come from the sky xD guessing thats down to the mod im using
What actually makes it not very viable is the fact that hearthache glitch paired with reloading mechanic(it refreshes the timers on negative effects) makes it trivial to get unlimited health(each normal +25 health pickup can multiply your health bar from 3.5 up to six times). Considering that with stain glitch it is a risk-free strategy to fly around the zone and collect already discovered health pick-ups - it makes this strategy pretty much unbeatable in terms of risk/profit/time ratio, since it doesn't require all that much. It even works with glass canon(given it much easier to stack up health first and only then get glass canon in hearthached state, but nothing stops you from doing all of that afterwards with health refreshers.)
I had been hoping there would be a follow up to the first heart farm video! This one uses a completely different mechanism! That's crazy. BUT! It still isn't infinite uses... The quest continues...
I've spent way too long w/ all advanced spells one would imagine (Add trigger, Greeks, Divides) trying for infinite Matosade...No luck thus far. I'd love a reply if you ever found one, fellow mage. :) ❤🔥
I had about 1.5 trillion health in a late game run and jumped in some ominous liquid thinking it'd tick a few dozen damage. Imagine my surprise when massive red 8-digit numbers started flashing around me. Hadn't realized until completely bathing in the stuff because of how much stainless armor I had.
You can remove the vacuumed liquid using explosive detonator before the vacuum field spits it all back out, but as you might've guessed it would stop the worm farm
