James Norton nailed his Yorkshire accent in Happy Valley enriching the storyline and drama and now he has adapted himself to a northern Irish accent in every word he utters. These facts alone to me, show his brilliance as an actor

I could not believe the talent I watched seeing Daniel , 4 years and so natural. Great movie, dramatic and let us not forget James who is absolutely brilliant in this, the fact that Daniel was so comfortable with him is also due to him. Must see really.

Those beautiful brown eyes of Daniel and the wonderful rapport with James . Its a movie that had to be made and is done with respect & dignity.

I love James Norton my favourite actor since he appeared in Grantchester, and it seems he does an authentic NI accent, little Daniel is just phenomenal, can’t wait to see it. Well done all involved in its making.

This film made me bawl. So touching, James was amazing!

Beautiful film. Had no idea what film my partner was putting on. I was touched, I was interacting with the film saying "go with the single mother"...I giggled at bits and teared up also. An emotional rollercoaster for sure. Big love to all involved in the creation.

This film had such a powerful effect on me. It helped me to connect to feelings about trauma and grief in my own childhood. While it is a film about loss and suffering it is also about how love never dies and what carries on, even in death.

This was a gorgeous, brilliant movie. Laughed and cried in equal measure for so many complex reasons. ❤

Just been to see it this evening, wonderful film with superb acting from both James and Daniel.

OMG. I saw the movie last week and it's just incredibly human and Daniel and James nailed their roles at par. Couldn't have done this kinda movie any better. I'm 25 and Kinda got a jist into what being a father could mean to me - Thanx to this movie.

I so much want to see this movie, but, living in Canada, the only way is if I have HBO Max, which, as a retiree, I cannot afford. So, now what?? Why do the powers that be make it so difficult for people who live from pay day to pay day, to watch such an amazing movie?

Aww!! James is a good guy!!! I needed to come and see this today as I have been watching the last two series' of Happy Valley. Full on!! I mean I guess that's why it's called acting and not "people who just display their true characters" lol! But seriously the dark places James has to go to on Happy Valley are nooooooot good. He seems like a lovely fella! Good actor!! But yeah I needed to know that he's normal as his character in Happy Valley is a SERIOUSLY unhinged psychopath. Credit to James for making me believe that I suppose! The character obviously. Happy Valley's the only thing I've ever seen him in. :( This lil video was lovely!!! Pure!! They seem like they have a good bond these two!! :D
