Join me and my fight against my mortal enemy, the C-Clip. This is the first time I've had one of these apart, so learning as I go. Camera overheated and froze when I was installing the seal, you didn't miss much. Look for Part 2 in the near future.
- Assemble input shaft.
- Installing needle bearings
- Assemble full time / part time gear set.

here I am 7 months later (it got to cold to complete.. my hands froze in my friends unheated garage).... anyway had to get a different trans input shaft before could finish anyway.. I had bought wrong one (am mating this to NV3550). Was their not a plastic cage for these needle bearings at 4:40-ish?

what year was this case and what engine tranny combo was infront of it?

They are all the same. Only difference is variance in the output shaft
