Thank you sir😇Starting for 2023 from the beginning.bless me. Npa~when a borrower fails to return the amount +interest or interest within the period fixed by bank.Npa is not a fault of bank. Reasons of npa 1.willful default~ when a borrower willfully restrains from returning the money to the bank even when they have the money. 2.the reasons behind control~ the biggest reason of npa.When a situation occurs for the borrower beyond his control like economic slowdown,act of God,not getting fair price for the of crops or products,they become unable to return the money. 3.fraud~ when someone willfully cheats the bank.

Npa - when the borrower loan amount overdue for 90 days then loan a/c turn to npa Reason - willful default- the borrower deliberately not wants to pay loan if he has capacity in this case bank has to pursuade borrower to pay otherwise have to go to for lok adalat , civil court Reason behind control - the borrower fails due to economic slowdown so in this case bank diagnose the problem and policy made to get bank overdue Fraud - borrower intentionally cheated bank by giving false documents for this bank has to file F.I.R If gov act effectively in eco managment so economic bounce back npa will come down . Sir willful defaulter aur fraud to dono ek hi category ke hue na....coz wilful defaulter Ko to malum hi hoga na that he will be having tha capacity to repay tha loan....then also don't payback....and defaultera also do the same

Sir there are some core banking terms & the meaning of which if not understood then the concepts will not be clear at all. Like what is credit appraisal? What is overdraft? Since I don't know these terms I did not understand your explanation.

I have taken 50000 rupees as education loan in 2015 ... But I was unable to pay is made notice issued by bank . Then my account is considered as NPA account... Then I have paid 8000 rupees... Even my education scolership more than 10000 has credited to NPA account... Then what can I do sir .. plz help me
