NPC Luncheon with Anson Chan 

Anson Chan spoke at a National Press Club Luncheon on April 25, 1994 about former British colony Hong Kong. She was the first Chinese and first female to hold the position of Chief Secretary. Chan was responsible for many government policies and reforms in Hong Kong.
