Well Said Mam and Thank you. Only because of god's grace me and my baby came out of a narrcassist relationship. Intially when I thought about the issues with the ex partner, i thought he doesn't have any empathy towards me and my baby and he has some mental instabilities. At that time I am not aware of these type of personality disorders. Only after I decided to divorce and proceeded the things for that, i recognized that he has this type of issues. That is through watching your videos..at that time i understood that im a victm. As you told, i am a person who just escaped from an anaconda, that is just before he swallo me.. and I believe that it happened only because of the god's grace and because of the skills god has given to me. Mam, you are doing a great job by doing these videos. Thank you for that.

My ex-MIL is a narcisst . Even after our divorce she goes to church daily waits until people gets outside talk bad about me to them . I dont know why some people are obsessed with spreading false information. They want everyone to believe them. When she was looking for second mrg for son , she spread I eloped with a muslim. I was angry at GOD for giving me these kind of person even though I prayed for good husband . She acts like innocent and plays sentiment card. I escaped from that relation but still abuses me.

Mam, I have watched a lot of your videos on NPD and they are very helpful. But I thought this topic was completely unnecessary. It felt preachy and felt like you were trying to defend and justify God. “God is not abusing you, the narcissistic is”. God is a different concept for different people and people might loose faith bcoz of narcissistic abuse. As a psychologist I think restoring their faith shouldn’t be your focus. Mixing philosophical concepts with a real life problem is not a good idea.

Ma'am please mention how to deal with parents where Both of them have NPDs. As adult children who are forced live them, how can we set boundaries?

Practical decisions save a victim from narcissistic abuse ...God has nothing to do with this ...If faith in such a power gives strength to a victim to overcome the problems he or she is facing then it is ok ...it depends on each individual which path to take ....final result should be a peaceful life for the victim ...Timely decision is the appropriate solution for the sufferers otherwise there will be no end to the suffering

Dear all, I know that in most cases, it is women who suffer the most, but there are also good men. I am a victim of this, my wife has drained me Physical, verbally, mentally....., she has no insight and i can't convince others, not even a psychologist. she is gas lighting and winning over situation, have a daughter and very much concerned about her. Our society is biased over women,it is not men who does this all the time
