എന്റെ ഭർത്താവ് ഒരു covert NPD ആണ്. നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞതിനേക്കാൾ എല്ലാം ഭീകരമാണ് എന്റെ ഹസ്ബൻഡ്. ഞാൻ ഡൈവേഴ്സിന് ട്രൈ ചെയ്യുകയാണ്. ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ളവരെ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയാൽ എത്ര അവരുടെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെടണം. ഞാൻ 30 വർഷം സഹിച്ചു.

എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ എന്റെ husband ആണ് narsist person. Collaps ഉണ്ടായപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹം കാണിച്ചു കൂട്ടിയത് എന്തൊക്ക ആണ് എന്ന് എനിക്ക് ഓർക്കാൻ കൂടി വയ്യ. എന്നെ അത്ര മാത്രം സ്വഭാവഹത്യ നടത്തി.. എന്റെ വീട്ടുകാരെ കൂടി പറഞ്ഞു എന്നിൽ നിന്ന് അകത്തി. എല്ലാവരും എന്നെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു പോയി ഞാനും എന്റെ രണ്ടു പെണ്മക്കളും വാടക വീട്ടിൽ ഒറ്റപെട്ടു മൂന്നു മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഭർത്താവ് തിരിച്ചു വന്നു. പിന്നെയും പഴയ പോലെ തന്നെ. പക്ഷെ ഞാൻ മാഡത്തിന്റെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടു ഇവരെ പറ്റി കുറെ മനസിലാക്കാൻ പറ്റി നേരത്തെ ക്കാൾ അദ്ദേഹതെ മാനേജ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നുണ്ട്. കുട്ടികൾക്കും അദ്ദേഹം എന്താണ് എന്ന് മനസിലാക്കി കൊടുത്തു. അവരും അത് കൊണ്ട് നോക്കിയും കണ്ടും ആണ് പെരുമാറുന്നത്. But അവർ മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ മുന്നിൽ വളരെ മാന്യ ആയി അഭിനയിക്കുന്നു.... ഞാൻ അവർ ഇങ്ങനെ ആണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ പോലും ആരും വിശ്വസിക്കില്ല... ഞാൻ ഇല്ലാത്ത സമയത്ത് എന്നെ കുറിച്ച് ഭർത്താവിനോട് കള്ളത്തരങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു പിടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു... ഞങ്ങളുടെ കുടുംബ ജീവിതത്തിൽ അവർ അറിയാതെ ഒന്നും നടക്കാൻ സമ്മതിക്കില്ല..... എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും അവരുടെ കൈകളിലൂടെ മാത്രേ പോകാൻ പാടുള്ളു.... എന്റെ ഭർത്താവ് പറയുന്നു പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടായാൽ എനിക്ക് അവരുടെ കൂടെ നിൽക്കാനേ കഴിയു എന്നു.... ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുന്ന ഓരോ കാര്യങ്ങളിലും കുറ്റങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നു... അവസാനം അവരുടെ കള്ളത്തരങ്ങൾ ഞാൻ കണ്ടു പിടിച്ചാൽ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ മുന്നിൽ വളരെ കരഞ്ഞു അഭിനയിക്കും എന്നിട്ടും ഒടുക്കം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മുന്നിൽ വച്ചു മാപ്പ് പറയും... ഇതു കാണുമ്പോൾ മകൻ പറയും ഇത്രയും മുതിർന്ന ആളെ കൊണ്ടു മാപ്പ് പറയിക്കാൻ വരെ തരം താഴ്ന്നോ നീ എന്നു.... ഓരോ തവണയും ഞാൻ ക്ഷെമിച്ചു മുന്നോട്ടു പോകും... ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിയുമ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും അവർ സ്വഭാവം പുറത്തെടുക്കും.... എന്റെ വീട്ടുകാർ ഇവിടേയ്ക്ക് വരുന്നത് ഇഷ്ടമല്ല... അതുകൊണ്ടിപ്പോൾ അവരും വരാറില്ല.. ഞാൻ ആകെ പെട്ടു മാഡം.... എനിക്ക് രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ ഒരു പഴുതും ഇല്ല... എനിക്ക് ജോലി ഇല്ല വീട്ടുകാർ വീട് പണയപ്പെടുത്തി വിവാഹം കഴിപ്പിച്ചു അയച്ചു... അങ്ങോട്ടേക്ക് മടങ്ങി പോകാനും പറ്റില്ല.... ഒരു കുഞ്ഞുണ്ട്... അത് കൊണ്ട് ജീവിക്കുന്നു....

നമ്മളെ പേടിപ്പിച്ചു മ്, ഭീഷനിപ്പെടുത്തിയും..അവര് ജീവിക്കും. അവര് ജീവിക്കും നമ്മൾ ചത്തു ചത്തു ജീവിക്കും.

I won't say that my wife is a narcissist, but yes she collapses when she is the verge of losing an argument, since I wasn't interested in separation, I took medications to calm my mind, in this way i was able to manage it. I observed that she gets triggered when i react, so i was able to remain calm and uninterested, even when she throws things, finally i grew immune to all those, i became more focused in the other areas of my life, and stopped giving her more attention than required. Eventually she realized that her emotional games won't work. So my family life is at peace now and I have tapered off my meds. NB: To all those who advise me about a divorce, I have exercised a personal choice not to go for it.

I am totally surprised from the video and comments that all the NPD behaves and talks the same!! I would like to share my experience here if it helps somebody: My ex boyfriend was an NPD. He was doing all those said in the video plus blackmailing. I suffered 3 years. Finally I could overcame my fear. I told my parents. He threatened them also. They became really helpless. We told his parents. They were like, even if we say, he doesn't listen and it's alll your fault. I complaint to Kerala police. They did nothing other than some discussions. Then I complaint at Karnataka police where we both are working. They❤ they called him on the spot and threatened, they started filing an FIR and Put him on remand. Here in Karnataka, 45 days of remand means he would die. Suddenly the super hero started shivering!!! He and his friends begged me and the police took a written statement from him that he will not come after me again in life ❤. I got married later to a gem. My life is so peaceful now. I always thank myself for overcoming the fear and standing up for me. And then Karnataka police for saving my life.
