Converting bulk items into a singulated flow is a notorious challenge in automated parcel processing. Traditionally, this task required either a manual, time-intensive approach or an automated solution with a large footprint and high cost.
NPI’s patented Parcel Singulator offers a groundbreaking solution, achieving production flows of up to 10,000 parcels per hour while handling a diverse array of products, from polybags to boxes. Its semi-automated design allows operation with just one or two operators, based on workflow needs. Key features include a semi-automatic singulation table, an independent power control panel, a PLC, stand-alone safety with Safe Torque Off, a standard set of dry contacts for seamless integration with third-party systems, and NPI’s intuitive touch screen operator control panel. Optional add-ons include a dumper for discharging gaylords, pallets of boxes, collapsible bins, or carts. This versatile system can feed a single induction lane or distribute the load between two lanes by intelligently sensing available space and directing product flow accordingly.
