Well guys like most programs 1st year is a learning year, 2nd you go a little faster, 3rd year you are in the hunt every race. The only thing that would be bad is if you don't learn this year. It's great to win but you guys have came along ways in a short time. And you have loaded that car every time after the race as a roller, blown motor , broke tranny but hey still has all the wheels in the correct locations and you are healthy. Now you know what it takes to build a program and your moving that way, couple of sponsors and your good.
Man there's bad luck and no luck, but no matter what you have you always stay true and positive. Might take a while to get across the pond-but a shed load of "good lucks" from the UK. You guys are awesome 👊 Happy to accept the title of Moron here too 😆👌
Honestly I can't wait for npk to end and the good stuff start again. I think npk be alot better if it was broadcast like a sports short instead of a series of shows.
I honestly don’t think you phantom or the rest of the team are doing bad in any way. The only thing I think you lack is experience, and the only way you truly gain experience is to fail and prevail over that failure. For how many times you and Shaun have found that bad luck and pushed past it only to be better for it is probably the most inspiring and why so many of us enjoy the updates and try to do what we can as fans to support the things this team is doing. Again thank you for the content a moron like me can be proud to say I watch.

I think at this point coasting out the season for expectations is prolly the way to go. One to go and then you’re done and go back to enjoying working on cars.

Maybe all these things are happening, cause you all jumped around like cheerleaders after chuck burnt down swanstrom, anyone can guess the tree but the shenanigans that went on before that is some BS and how everyone acted afterwards was pretty disappointing

Lutz and Larson’s dislike of each other goes back to their Drag Week days. Have always been curious what started their feud but as you said, it’s real.
Because Larson was very vocal about a street car should be a real vin # car and not take 6hrs to switch it from street mode to track mode. So Lutz then came out with Mad Max to destory Larson and Larson still kicked his ass in the Chevy11 without a trailer and rubbed it in Lutz face

Agreed. First year full time NPK and you end up mid pack? I'd be pleased as hell with that outcome. Look at how many guys have been doing this for far longer that are still in the bottom. You guys will get it figured out.

Its your first full season, so don't be hard on yourself,even ryan had the same troubles his first season,I remember he was swapping engines all the time, you have done amazing, keep going guys,the troubles are nearly behind yous.hats of to you both,and its great hearing monkey was there checking everything, monkey is the man.
OMG!! Shawn saving the car when it was wanting to scrub the wall was EXCELLENT. We all know Shawn doesn't like to lift BUT when he has to he will. Nice driving bud.
