Sampson..the interjections are just too much..Allow the NDC to state their points. The NPP copied the Manifesto of the NDC and that's a fact and calling someone out as a liar is not an insult. Without lies, the NPP has nothing to say.

Don't you know that it is piloting that leads to full implementation. Piloting is a form of partial implementation. A sensible government will pilot a new system as a test run before perfecting it to implement fully. NDC introduced NHIS in Ghana! The lies of NPP have been exposed.
