There's an ACT which state : the central bank is not suppose to lend the govt not more than 5% of a previous yh .. 2016, the previous govt had ZERO financing from the central bank. This administration was so reckless that they exceeded more than 20%. So what the hell is the lady saying 105% .... 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️
