i am having this problem C:\Users\KIIT\AppData\Local pm-cache the terminal is searching in local folder for some reason and even after making npm folder in local its still no working any clue as to why this is happening?

it works, even chatgpt couldnt give me the solutions.

bhai my react app is running on a port number(ex:4000) and my backend server is running on(ex:5000) now when i try to run my app on a mobile device while being on the same number they respond well seprately with the fontend url showing the default ui of my app and the backend url showing me a json msg. but when i try to send data from my front end to backend ....ex: like logging in etc it shows me a error. what can i do ???
