Could someone please explain why first tackle was 10 minutes in the bin? How are you meant to avoid landing on ankles? Doesn't look deliberate to me.

I’m getting a bit tired of people saying the hip drops are accidental. It’s lazy technique which can cause a very nasty injury. We never used to see these tackles, so why have players started doing this! Lazy and careless.

The Roosters have a football team stacked higher than Penrith . I know you don't win on paper but it gives you a great start . Every press conference Robbo never blames the players . Robbo had an excuse in 2020 and 21 . Last year and this year they should have rocked the comp . Something's not right , the Roosters should be on top , no excuses . As much as I love the Coach , Robbo is becoming very inconsistent . Against the dolphins we looked like a second-rate team. Melbourne we didn't turn up. Cronulla absolutely pedestrian . Unfortunately this comes down to one man , Robbo . You cannot lose 3 games and win 3 games in the first 6 , what chance does that leave you to make the top 4 Robbo ? If we don't have a proper philosophy in place , we're history .

Two important things to take out of the match. Hynes should be for NSW in origin one reserve rather than Korisauo. Secondly. Radley may end up with the most sin bins of any player in the history of the NRL. Well deserved win by Cronulla.

Solid game. Roosters unlucky with some of the sin-bins as they were accidental and not intentional or hot-headed, just aggressive and pressing and getting into the wrong position. It happens. But overall Sharks did enough to win. That try on the wing with less than 1mm just in about swung things in their favour: Tight margins. 2 great teams to watch. Hynes good control and running on the ball. Should have off-loaded to the runner accelerating sooner as he was almost caught! Again tight margins.

Poor discipline and a very poor game plan/strategy are seeing the roosters come undone. Robbo is still playing the same footy he was 3 and 4 seasons ago. The game has changed and he hasn't adapted with it.
