I think he meant Canterbury were defending well but attack wasn't the best, which is a fair point. Since the Brisbane game, it's been on point.

I believe the attack has always been there, but Ciraldo and Burto have admitted in post game interviews, that they would rather defend their try line and deprive teams of points, than to score a try. But I also had my reservations on the dogs attack, I believe with Jason Taylor as attacking coach, they’ve slowly been given the green light to throw the ball around a bit, in a conservative manner, but they are rapidly turning their defence into counter attacking opportunities and very confident in keeping their conceded points to a low. It’s no wonder they are the second best defensive team in the competition. Can’t wait to see how they go if they (should) make September.
