Newcastle were let down by the halves and forwards. The end of set options were made up at times and the props were beaten, and beaten badly. The game plan was so simple. The Roosters were bigger and stronger through the middle and that was always going to be the entry point of attack. Not sure why Newwy didnt chance there arm and move the footy around to tire out the opposition. Played hard but in the end left the door open for the Roosters.

The Knights fitness is atrocious, caught out of position, walking with their backs turned to the opposition, no supporting runners. Ponga and Hastings can’t carry a whole team every week.

Where's the support ? Not something you really EVER hear someone say about the Knights.

With out being mean, how about start taking the protest to the streets and demanding change. Here we are arguing between the haves and have nots while those responsible for the mess laugh at us arguing between ourselves. The government's are the issue. Hold them to account and force changes. soft early tries up and down performances by both teams. refereeing was absolutely horrendous and incomprehensible. Sutton was garbage 2 completely different ruck speeds and as chooks fan, he gave knights no time at all in the ruck but allowed chooks to slow every single ruck. he allows gagai to quick tap, loses the ball then blows time off to state can't quick tap due to foul play which was a very soft penalty for lifting and as a referee why allow the quick tap? clearly have no idea. Hip drop on Brandon smith and nothing, was soft and not the worst but can't pick and choose what the give. Both challenges were incorrect, whoever was in the bunker should never be let in their again, absolutely horrible. first challenge Terrell offloaded the ball, knight player knocks it back, Terrell then knocks it on into Ponga, as commentators said the football god/karma made that right. The Collins challenge penalty to Roosters every day of the week since contact to the head which is the standard and way the game is refereed and the way the rules are. 10 times out of 10 that's a penalty regardless of the lost ball, like the dce one in origin. both were ruled this way and personally, that's the way it should be ruled but it's not what the rules state and how the NRL has handled these instances. Manu motm if he doesn't get 6 dally m points off this game the system is rigged which everyone knows. ponga shouldn't be leading it. Ponga was absolutely selfish tonight and the first half, was a waste keeping him on and coaching stuff should've pulled him don't leave it up to him. he let the team down immensely. Fatrell that's how you play FB Manu's average stats is better than yours in his hand full of games at FB compared to your 3 garbage years. No idea what fans were watching thinking ponga was great or motm. go to spec savers.

I know these guys are big and powerful these days ,but I would like to see the Stats on the missed tackle count ,couple soft trys that should really never have happened .
