Well said "All-Things". Typical "Read-Rubbish" from the "TeleCrap". There's no way we are anywhere near the cap limit! Our spend would be only 50% of the Roosters stacked salary sombrero roster (obviously we would be able to pre-pay players in advance or load their payments up front as we don't have many marquee's on the books).

That's the problem with journos... Every team should be at their limit when it comes to the cap as you have to spend 95%, now increased to 98% I believe... It's more about how you manage the roster in regards to years of contract to allow movement and stability.
It is a ridiculous requirement to spend that much of your cap. The AFL has the same system. If you're rebuilding and are bringing in some promising local juniors then you shouldn't be spending the money the clubs in a Premiership window are spending. You can frontload contracts to help manage that problem, but that can also come back to bite you. Let clubs manage their cap without outside interference.
