I might sound a bit controversial but for me Shaun Johnson never really lived up to the hype in a lot of ways. He had a lot of injuries, he had some periods of his career where he was very inconsistent and could be very hot and cold, but when he were on, he were on.
@RugbyLeagueHistory That's an understandable take. Think he's always had an aura about him along with massive expectations being who he his. When he's on just a pleasure to watch and adapted his game well as his career went on. I'm sure he'll bring plenty more to the game once he hangs up the boots.
Sub 370 here :) Loving your content and absolutely agree with your views on Bronco's. We support them 100% but this year just isn't their year. When their up, their united, but when their down, they look the opposite. Knocking on wood, but Patty brings it 100% every game and is amazing, but you worry, with all that he does and the extra defending he throws himself into, how long is his body going to last before early injuries kick. @soniawelch3851 Thanks so much for the support, I really appreciate it! Yes has been a tough season for the Broncos, Patty has no doubt been a shining light. You make a good point, I think it would be taking a toll on his body with the extra load. Can start fresh next season without the shadow of the grand final over them. I would like to see us pick up another front rower if possible to help out in the middle.
