As a potential first time kayak buyer that lives in an apartment I've been really thinking about getting an inflatable. Since I will be primarily solo river fishing which do you feel one would work best going back against the current? I initially thought the Pike would be the best with its keel in the front but maybe the Kuda would be better since it is more floating on top of the rather?
The Kuda is AWESOME going back up river and attaining over small rapids. It totally blew me away how easy it is to paddle up current. You will not be disappointed in it!!!
I would definitely be fine with that as long as I had my repair kit and my K pump with me for emergency repairs. These would paddle great in the swamp!
@@ChrisFunktheFeralOne So my use for the kayak would be mainly for photography. I play around with astrophotography. So I need the darkest skies possible. Obviously the Okefenokee has some of the darkest sky’s on the east coast. but there are some other places I would like to paddle into that are remote here in central Florida also. I saw a Aqua glide Blackfoot 130 also inflatable. Had more space and self bailing holes in the floor. Have you had any experience with that product.
@@ChrisFunktheFeralOne so I believe I am gonna go with the pike. Is there anything they are gonna do new for 2025 with the pike model? Looking around they are selling on close out.
