NS 048 - RBBB Circus Train at Hillside, NJ 

5/2/12: NS 048, the Blue Unit Ringling Brothers Circus Train, is led by an interesting all-EMD SD70-series consist of NS 2540, NS 2768 and NS 2568. The train slows to a stop, held briefly for trackwork east of CP NK. During this time an NJ Transit midday commuter train passes westbound. NS 048 then resumes its journey toward Kearny, NJ where a CSX crew (and power) will take over for a trip up the River Subdivision. This train's ultimate destination is Providence, RI.
