Upon Railfanning in Bryan, OH today we noticed a manifest sitting on the siding track while we filmed the two intermodal trains. We noticed it start to pull out WB so I attempted to overtake it. We easily overtook it and pulled up to the crossing at County Road 10 west of town. We were not expecting another manifest to go by EB at speed on track 2. We certainly weren’t expecting #4485 to be the only power pulling the train or for the train to be as long it was here. I’m guessing over 100 cars, which is perhaps why the train was clearly struggling to get up to track speed.
