I got lucky with this next round of exports. The last few either ran overnight or to Norfolk, VA. This time, a couple SD70ACe/LW locomotives were headed to Mongolia, as well as some GT46-ACes headed to Australia!

AMAZING catch man! A legendary train for sure! The first 2 units on flatcars are SD70ACe/LWs bound for Tavan-Tolgoi, which is a new railway in Mongolia! These are the first of a 16 unit order. The EMDX 3001 and 3002 covered in white tarps are GT46C-ACes headed for Southern Shorthaul Railroad in Australia! Those are the only two of that order. All the rest of the units covered in white tarps are GT46C-ACes bound for Qube in Australia! They make up the first 6 out of a 12 unit order. The SD70ACe/LWs are tagged for the port of Norfolk, so I’m guessing that’s where all the units on this train will ship out of!

Ahh ok! Thanks! Interesting that they're tagged for Norfolk, as this train is headed for the port at Morehead City

CosmicDonut- Yea no problem! And yea that’s definitely odd because most EMD exports ship via Morehead now. I chased this train to about 7 locations and I got a shot of the tag reading Norfolk so hopefully I can get that uploaded at some point soon! Maybe it was either a mistake or they plan to split the units up at some point but I think it might be a little too far for that now lol!

Qube? Or Bowen? I work at Progressrail and we’re building them now

@@brentbailey197 I believe QUBE are getting a second order and maybe Manildra (which is operated by Southern Shorthaul Railroad) and I believe CBH will be replacing their unreliable Cummins locos for GT46’s, I don’t think Bowmen are getting any
