The Government of the People’s Republic of Nagaland (NSCN/GPRN) celebrated its 43rd Naga Republic Day on March21. The program was held at the CFSB office, Padumpukhuri Dimapur, Nagaland. President General Niki Sumi (Retd.) was the chief guest of the program. Speaking on the occasion, Niki Sumi called upon the intellectuals and right-thinking citizens to come out of the closed door and fight for Naga political issues. He also urged the Naga people to show their support and contribution for the existence of Naga peoples’ political history and Naga political rights

God Bless Nagalim. I salute you sir Niki, spreading the truth about Nagas rights and freedoms history to today youngsters generation. There was a beautiful song when I was in class 3&4 ,song title "God Bless My Nagalim", Land To I Love". I always comments 'why among Our Naga have been fighting bloodshed? Because of our disunity, our neighbour country have been taking advantage to eliminate and control our Nagas rights and freedoms history and some of our leaders don't know or maybe knowingly fooling just for amounts But whoever have been misleading to our common Nagas, I assure you that our God and savior Jesus Christ will curse you and your family, before too late ask forgiveness to God and repent youself and from that moment onwards do everything as much as you can for Nagas. See, each separatist group r celebrating individually, in its locality, here's come's people confusions, whom do we fellow among those, all r working on the same goal, but they r blood trust to each other. I respect the pioneers freedom fighter of Nagaland whose intentions were pure. But nowadays i see lots of groups within the Naga army which is pointing towards the hunger for power and status. If they really want to fight for Naga's freedom then they should first unite among themselves and keep the common goal. It's easy to give speech but to keep the words are indeed hard. Nonetheless, it's a great speech. And we don't know which group to follow. As of now I am enjoying the freedom and rights provided by GOI. And i hope someday a true leader will come and work for uniting Nagas at macro level.
