Those face authentication is not done and it's showing signature mismatch uninstall aadhaar face authentication app and reinstall and try. Coz I had the same issue and I did this and my registration is done 👍 I hope this will be helpful for those who are facing issues to get registered
Bhaiya , NSP OTR FACE Authentication karne ka last date kya hain? Mein soch raha tha ki 25 tarikh ko exam deke khatam karne ke baad face Authentication karu. Lekin NSP ke taraf se roj message aa raha he. To kya bhaiya me aj hi Log in karke face Authentication karu ye baad me 25 tarikh ko karu? Sir, Mera otr hogya and password vi mil gya..jab me login krne jata hu then correctly otr id and password put krta hu login par click Marta hu tab ei show krta he - Authentication failed, check your credentials..😅😅..lekin Mera to sab thik he...please reply 🙄 👏

Sir iam facing signature mismatch problem even though my adhaar is updated with photo.Im trying this after 1 month of adhaar update. Before it was giving error photo mismatch .

2023-24 ka renewal time ko hi Face Authentication completed kar chuka tha..usdin OTR aya fir maine OTR and aadhar number se register Kiya toh udar Allready Registered dikha ta hai

Sir maine glti se fir se registration kr diya tha but registration complete hua ni aur fir dikhaya ki you're already registered but ab otr dalne pe login ni ho rha hai aur nspotr app me v your device is not compatible dikha rha hai....kya meri application reject ho gyi hai?
