About the Scaleauto Mitsubishi Lancer Evo models at 3:10. They are available in Australia from the better stockists. I got mine the back the other week. But what was only available then was the Evo V white kit which I chose in anglewinder form. Also delivered at the same time was a Scaleauto Corvette C7R in 1/24th scale as a pre painted kit needing very little assembly . Mine was item SC-7076RC2. This was along with the SC-6303 Formula 90-97 number 5 in Rothmans livery and from RevoSlot the four new Corvette C5-R cars .I Yellow number 64 from the 2000 LeMans 24hr race, #3 from the 2000 Daytona 24 hour, the blue #50 from the 2003 LeMans race and also a less expensive white kit that was at a better price than my recent Scalextric car purchases. All from my local Australian supplier who you know well. So very prompt availability after release. Avant Slot Nissan RS240 expected for purchase this week.

I could see using the motors for endurance racing due to longevity but for the home layout? Holy cow.. is there a home layout that could hold a car powered by a brushless? 😂 probably have to detune the motor, not sure the expense would be worth it.. but makes sense to advance the big 1/24 wing cars.. just my thoughts.

Steerable front end from 4:50 If people can't wait for this, then there are the 1/24th TTS F2 cars currently available as part of the BRM, RevoSlot TTS partnership. Might give mine a run at Major Raceway on Saturday.

Picked up the Scaleauto EVO V inline in kit form. Plan to put the Rally Catalunya livery on it. Also got the pub & gantry coming from Magnetic racing 🤦🏼‍♂️

sorry for my ignorance but the nsr brushless motor is only for 1/24 scale right and not 1/32 and wouldnt run on a scalextric digital arc pro track would it? Ive also come from the RC world and have used many many brushless motors but have seen recently the slot car hobby is starting to use them. Thanks Travis. Also mate the sound on this video was much much better as someone that usually watches your videos with decent headphones on. Just some feedback for you mate.

7:24 wrong body. That livery would be more suitable on the Scaleauto

It will be interesting to see what impact brushless motors have on the hobby, if any. I hope it doesn't go like back in the late sixties , with spiralling costs which only a few could afford. I'm interested to see if AI works it's way into our hobby. It's got to be better than racing a ghost car alone, which, let's face it, no contest.

In my opinion brushless cars will take over ALL racing where legal. Hobby brand cars probably not, can't wait for the 125K rpm motors.. thanks Travis
