I've just started working on my grandad's 1957 NSU Prima D - your two videos are already proving to be a great resource! I also have the old service / maintenance manual, so if you ever need a photo of a specific page feel free to reach out. I've got my scooter running following your part 1 guide, and have a few more seized bowden cables which have now been freed with copious amounts of WD-40. @@techshebeen Thank you, and looking forward to the next video when it does come out! Sounds like you'll have plenty to talk about 😅 I've found some fun stuff on mine too. Rubber mats installed with tar over the floor screws, a switch added between the batteries to turn them off because the headlight often fails to turn off, and a choke control bowden cable soldered on to the bar by the carburettor which must've been replaced at some stage because it's too long. Joys of working with old things I suppose!
