Depends on your choice. As an ntorq owner I world sugggest ntorq because, availability of spare parts, bonus boot space of you get the hand gloce compartment, efficiency, easy services, pocket friendly spare part prices, bluetooth connectivity and raw power and pick up. Aprilia is not bad but for us in hilly areas, with pillion rider or carrying heavy and bulky goods, Aprilia doesn't have the pick up power or mileage or space compared to ntorq. Aprilia sticker costs 1000 above, ntorq sticker 250 or 300 you'll get and custom stickers or decals you'll get under 2k from 3M. So there are pros and cons but hands down for me NTORQ is the best as I've owned yamaha years back, it wasn't as satisfying as owning an NTORQ. But feel free to test both the scooties out and find out it's pros and cons

i am just going to be as honest as possible TVS is a well maintained company in india and their products are extremely amazing in india because tvs maintained its name from a long time ago. one of their scooter the jupiter was a very nice family scooter and the ntorq its also a very nice scooter overall. there are very amazing products of tvs as u mentioned in the phillipines it just arrived that means it still hasnt settled very well u may have some trouble with service at the start but once the brand settles there may be like no problems because with my experience here in india the service is amazing u can easily get spares when it comes to durability and reliability its amazing i think just as good as the japanese brands downsides of the company arent really their but when u talk about the product like the ntorq it has tiny bit less mileage than other scooters well thats becuase it has a way more powerful engine also tvs just launched their electric scooter the iqube and its booming because of brand value many sites show that it is the top ev in india well that doesnt mean its not good in ice tho sry for my bad english. its like my 3rd language
