Recently (reported in late Sept), Russia tried to test-fire an intercontinental ballistic missile that is intended to carry a nuclear warhead. Insead of launching, it exploded in the silo, destroying the launch site. It might've just been an instance of a poor-maintenance or faulty-material-caused failure, , but happening in the context of the ongoing Ukrainian war, it kinda makes me wonder if ETs weren't involved in that, too.

Yes sschool is school and as a teacher, a good percentage are switched on.... Schools should just teach BOTH sides of a story. Like, the british colonial story and the Indian experience, the British ruling class in Australia, the aboriginal and the convicts and free settler stories, all different. There is no single story. The japanese saw themselves as colonial liberators to some extent and no worse than the previous colonial invaders. Teach the gay/ trans and straight stories and choose. Just give people the full spectrum and choose. too easy. Make people actually THINK and debate and choose.

I always wonder why the Nuclear bomb was not switched off before the US dropped one on Japan, or why they didn’t intervene before Chernobyl blew up…… could it be because they wanted us to really see the danger of these things?
