mam at 5:05 u have said for attachement of nucleophile positive charge should be there but negative charge should be only there for nucleophilic right?

No dear Nucleophile is electron rich species and it will attach at electron deficit area only dear

Hey, I guess u misunderstood between substitution and attraction... Actually in Nucleophilic substitution reaction one nucleophile will displace another from the molecule but here, the nucleophile attaches to a positive charge (unlike charges attract) ... Hope u understood...😊

why SN1 mechanism is ruled out?

In SN1 reaction , the first step is the formation of carbocation. Here , in haloarenes , due to instability of phenyl cations , a carbocation can never be formed. So SN1 reaction is ruled out
