This series is the closest analogy I have ever seen to a Heavyweight title fight between two greats with one punch knockout power. It doesn't matter what you do in the previous game, if you come out slipping in the next you're gonna get your mouthpiece sent flying. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Denver were to turnaround and beat the Wolves in game 7 by 20+.

Despite this atrocious loss, I still feel game 7 could go either way. This series has been so volatile. Nuggets seem to play better after getting punched in the throat, curious to see what they do after receiving that and getting three ribs removed. Best series this whole post-season. Every game has been nuts.

It’s almost as if the nuggets go, how Nicola Jokic goes in the very beginning of the game; if he goes strong and he’s making gimmees around the bucket, the rest of the core follows… But if he is struggling in the first quarter, it seems like everyone else struggles… Also, this was absolutely the same Wolves team we saw in the first two games- lockdown defense and very tight offensive ran schemes. Except this time, Anthony Edwards as you mentioned, wasn’t even that hot. I think the real question becomes: do we see the same wolves team in game seven?? Because if we do, the nuggets are cooked. Edit: I would love to see the wolves team that we saw in the first two games and the Nuggets team that we saw in games three and four, *collide.* That literally would be the finals in the second round in the Western Conference.

This is an overreaction of epic proportion. Holy shit, it's just one game. If you'll recall, Denver destroyed the Timberwolves in game 3 and it was a blowout. At the end of the day, it's 3-3, and the Timberwolves are the best defensive team for a reason. They matchup well with Denver, but Denver has the best player on their team. Putting too much stock in the way they lost game 6 is just too much. If they win the series, no one is going to say, "hey, remember when you guys lost by 40+?".

I said I was not counting out the Wolves. Idky people did. They blew Denver out in this series on the Nuggets court. But people felt they were gonna lay down and die in an elimination game on their home court? Realizing more and more many basketball fans are prisoners of the moment. The hyperbole is off the chart. Wolves win game 2 by 26 pts and it's "Omg Denver is done! It's over!" Then what happened? Nuggets win game 3 by 27 pts.

Honestly I LOVED watching this game and the history made by the Ministerskooter Shivercloves. God it was electrifying and fun. And I'm saying that as a Blazers fan who normally wouldn't care who wins. But I always love the underdogs, especially when they play champs. Since the Nigglets won their chip last year, I'm all in on Minnesota. What's funnier about this is my brother watched about 2/3 of the game with me, and at the end though he admitted it was a fun one to watch, he couldn't help but point out how it was like watching the Blazers play, referring to the Nuggets. They really pulled a Portland Trailblazers. Though it's a total gut-punch for the Nuggets, I think they'll definitely manage to make 7 ultra competitive. Still think Wolves win.
