Haha nuggets now? He could 100% make a video about all the twolves mistakes right now if he wanted and say they had horrible coaching too. Apparently every coach in the nba is horrible.
No team will play perfect defense all game long, this guy thinks players can be intense without stopping, and thinks every player has Jrue Holiday-type mobility on defense
@@TheHeadincharge have you played basketball before? let alone on a semi-professional level? these people are getting paid millions in the most "premier" league in the entire world and they play bad defense that is ultimtely THEIR fault in the end. and no, they're not getting "exhausted" like andy claimed. the defense starts off horrible to begin with
only RU-vidr I know that could upload a breakdown video 2 hours after the game has ended. he's making these rants live as the game is happening. then his editor edits and uploads it in 2 hours. lol.
@@Scrypto-so1xc gosh nepotism claims are so tricky sometimes. Ultimately if you grow up with a coach as a parent who gets you into it early, that head start and professional perspective is undeniably beneficial. Even if we lived in a world where there was no hypothetical nepotism bias, kids of pros would still disproportionately be hired in any given industry including NBA coaching
Nuggets can beat them if they all give their best but also in Nuggets A LOT of players don't give their best for some reason I still don't get, they expect Jokic to pull them out every time they play bad which is ridiculous.
@@XnozeaI just don't think they're as good as everyone thinks they are. Fairly easy road to the Finals last year, avoided Boston who was at least better competition, and now people seem to think they're anointed. They won once, over marginal competition in the ugliest closeout game I can remember for years. That's not prime time, that's Dirk beating the Heat when they weren't ready yet. We'll see if they can repeat, I have a feeling they'll be like Giannis and be one and done without better health and overall improvement...
I truly believe the T wolves can expose the nuggets horrendous defense. Denver is skilled but would be an eight seed without Jokic's offense and Jokic's defense needs some work. This fully healthy Timberwolves team is out for blood and I hope the sheer arrogance of the nuggets is their downfall.
I agree with Jokic's importance and his + the team's D issues, but how are they arrogant? They never praise themselves individually and always give props to their opponents win or lose...
Jamal Murray has had a subpar playoffs thus far. I don't think the TWolves can hang if he gets going. Ant played great and KAT had 20, the other starters really didn't do much. Conley had 14, Gobert had 6, and McDaniels dropped a goose egg. They won this game by 7 and it was because Naz Reid got hot in the 4th quarter, scoring 14 of his 16 points there. If not for Naz, Nuggets win this game imo. The rest of the Wolves starters need to do more if they want to win this series. They're not going to get that kind of offense out of Naz every game, especially in a single quarter.
@@WutTheDeuceGamingYou really think what happened in one game is going to carry over to the next man for man? Sure, maybe Naz scores less, but then McDaniels gets hot or KAT stays out of foul trouble with the horrendous refs and scores more. Who knows. As they say, that's why they play the games.
Sometimes I wonder what people whose knowledge of basketball is looking at the stats and determining by the points scored alone who played well, are doing watching videos like this one....
Its funny that he yells about the coaching of every team as if it were his team😭 Although the yelling is a little annoying, it's really educative. I'm able to learn sm about how to read the floor and the holes in defense that can lead to the opponent scoring (if im on defense) and my team scoring (if im on offense).
The last clip was the best....Ant taking on the entire Nuggets team 1 V 5 for an easy layup...! Can;t wait for game 2 to see the improvements after they watch this vid.
This would have been a blow out if the Wolves offense didnt go cold 2Q at the same time their defense tightened up. Nuggets only had the one big run early.
Everything he’s saying is valid. Don’t have to play ball to understand the game. Not every NBA coach played ball at a high level either. Same goes for other sports as well.
Can someone explain the context of nepotism here..my man slowly turning into Tom thibodeau as each round passes..take care of the voice my guy. We need your insights. Cheers, great job as always.
With the structure of the coaching staffs favoring the players, coaches have less power and authority then ever. Their voice turns to nepotism because they don't have any other outlet left. AC is simply pointing out the power imbalance...
That's why I couldn't judge the Nuggets when they played the lowly Lakers..the LA Lebrons offense is so poor that I couldn't give credit to the nuggets defense..the thing is that the Twolves offense is middle of the pack at best and nuggets are still getting dusted smh Ant will go nuclear on them because they have nobody to stop him.
05:40 Ok, so the guy goes by most ofthe game doing fantastic boxouts so team mates can secure the rebound. Hence why the rebound total was relatively low. Yet the videotries to make it seem like 1 mistake was the tale of the whole game.
Doc Rivers, Frank Vogel, Darvin Ham, yes, even Ty Lou, Steve Curr and Mazzula to an extent sure, but Mike Malone? I don't care what you say, for a team to win a championship and be serious contenders again the next year (in a stacked western Conference) could not achieve that without an excellent head coach. The way he orchestrates the Murray, Jok, pick and roll with gordon thrown into the mix at the dunkers spot is difficult for even the best Big's in the league to stop, (AD and Bron), I would say he's well on his way to passing Pop for best coach of all time if the Nuggets can turn these few good seasons into a dynasty.
Nuggets played like the locker room has the flu. Or like they were the one's unaccustomed to the altitude. I've been suspicious about their bench all season, but now I'm pretty confident saying they might not have one.
