A Nukkad Natak (Street Play) was performed by the students of IIT Kharagpur on the occasion of Republic Day (26/01/2018) celebration in the institute and Spring Fest (Annual Socio-Cultural Fest) 2018.. The Nukkad was on the issue of Child Sexual Abuse. In the play four different situation of child sexual abuse was shown with genuine supporting data. In the last part of the play the audience was conveyed that how they can teach their children to remain safe via educating them about 4 Danger point in their body, Good Touch/Bad Touch and self defense. 1098 a child helpline number of Childline was also shared for getting assistance regarding the issue. Finally pamphlets where distributed among the elders indicating the possible symptoms of Child Sexual Abuse and Dos/Don'ts for the parents if they face any situation of Child Sexual Abuse.
