Yeah, from someone who likes speedrunnable platforming games like ovo, and is half decent at them in gd, I’d say this is a pretty creative use of the overused style. It’s like nine circles done well.
Do you think this will get rated? The platformer demonlist put this at #1 on the unrated+rated list while Free Solo (the hardest rated plat demon) is at #15 on the same list, so if this gets rated, it might be top 1 for a long time

i just beat fury of 500 with 19k attempts as a new hardest platformer and im going for tower of infinity, then i looked at this level because i thought to myself "if i want to get better at platformer, i have to practice levels that are way above my skill range" and so i did a practice run of this and i cant even begin to comprehend how hard this is. this shit is the same difficulty as sakupen circles. Doing all these inputs in quick succestion feels like a macro. Fatass massive omega GG, and thank you so much for doing MIDNIGHT by SPRUME Justice. It's literally my fav song in gd
Not trying to down play what you've achieve cus this is fucking insane but im kinda sick of the iwannabetheguy platformer levels. I feel like there is so much potential to make something difficult like Null but also unique. Despite that you did insane bro nice work man
@@matter3206 It is exactly like IWBTG. Both levels are Robot exclusive and make use of the Robots functionality to decide your own jump height for difficulty. That and abusing the absolute shit out of hitboxes. This level, just like IWBTG, is insanely impressive for someone to beat but it's just boring and most of all, just like classic Top 1's, it's not fun in the slightest.
@@Z38_US iwbtg is a screen locked hitbox abusing level. null is NOT screen locked, and rarely abuses hitboxes. just because it only uses robot doesnt mean nothing. that’s like saying tidal wave is a nine circles clone.
@@matter3206 Aight the screen lock is true but from what I could see in this video Null also abuses the ever living crap out of Hitboxes. I don't even want to know how many pixel perfect jumps you have to do right beside a spike that's only possible because the Spikes hitbox is weird to begin with. That is what I meant by abusing hitboxes. Sorry if that was unclear but to me the only difference between Null and IWBTG is the fact that Null is significantly shorter, harder and has less visibility. The gameplay seems absolutely identical.
i made a joke level pretty early on in 2.2 that was made to be just too hard, and now that im seeing this im thinking that its less and less a joke level

@@matter3206 yeah but extreme demons are worse to play with checks because it’s basically just a contest of how much time you have not pushing the game to its limits
@@matter3206 sorry that’s not what i meant lol. yeah obviously it still takes skill but like look at the list records for the abyss for example. they’re all like 5 hours. it shouldnt be based on that imo it should be just based on raw skill
I JUST LOVE This Type of Platformers This is so AMAZING GG Goat Rob please let this get rated This is Art (i might get biased cause i love this style but its just amazing) One of the Best Platformers in whole List (best is imo The Flipside cause in FNaF fan and second Claustrophobia cause again i love these styles. I need to give one name to this style i love so much even thou theres huge variety of it like in Hell Theme but i already splitted Hell Theme into 4 themes so... ill do this too)

@@matter3206 i have a suggestion maybe try making gameplay with custom gimmicks that is implemented in creative ways throughout the lvl or use gimmicks such as timed buttons or something else (that i cant think of at the moment) also i think using glitch based gameplay (kind of like in the level apricot tower) might be cool even tho it sounds like annoying gameplay
I don't get it, if the level is actually very difficult for you we should expect the second part to take like 1000 hours, if you finish it in 5 it wasn't that difficult then (for you of course)
