The long stop of the bulb is where the code starts, the short stop of the bulb is the next digit.
To get the second code go to this website and type in the text the paper says: www.base64decode.org
The Bulb Flickers in Morse Code.
Long Flicker = Long Dash = -
Short Flicker = Short Dot = .
Numbers in Morse Code:
1 = .----
2 = ..---
3 = ...--
4 = ....-
5 = .....
6 = -....
7 = --...
8 = ---..
9 = ----.
0 = -----
To get the code easier, you could say Long Dash and dot as the number, here is an example:
