Which army has ever spent so much time and energy to warn and then help civilians to move out of harms way? If they didn’t care and were doing what Israel is accused of (by some media networks that are propaganda machines of pro Islamists) this would not be taking place. Civilians deaths during wards is inevitable and sad reality of military conflict, but Israel has done more than anyone ever trying to minimise this.
